What is Included?
Level 1:
  • One 60 minute consultation either in person or via phone
  • Review of overal nutrition
  • 2 week meal plan
  • Goal setting: goals can range from weight loss/gain to improvement of health

Level 2 (recommended!):
**Included in all STATUS package deals
  • Initial 90 minute consultation either in person or via phone
  • Two 45 minute follow ups (follw ups are important to long term success)
  • 4 week meal plan (will revise during follow up sessions if need be)
  • Goal setting and revision of goals as needed
  • Email communication with dietitian in between sessions

  • Face to face interaction
  • The registered dietitian can meet you anywhere - whether it be at a grocery store to help you shop or at your house to clean out your refrigerator, the dietitian will be flexible to your schedule and needs

Nutrition Topics

Nutrition 101 – Brief overview of the basics of nutrition and the macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins) and the micronutrients (vitamins and minerals)

Label Reading and Portion Control – Basic label reading tips and tips for helping out the age old problem of your eyes being bigger than your stomach.

Healthy Eating Out and On the Go – Tips and tricks for when eating out in the calorie/fat/sugar filled food establishments.

Eating and Exercise – The basics on how to compliment your workout with your nutrition.

Fad Diets – Confused about whether to go gluten free or completely cut out carbohydrates? This topic will cover some of the popular diets of today.

Vegetarianism/Veganism – Thinking about becoming a veg head? This topic will cover the benefits of a plant based diet and what you need to know about this eating style.

Lunch & Learn

Turn lunchtime into an educational, intriguing, and delicious hour! The registered dietitian has many lesson plans created for groups of all backgrounds. Classes will include interactive ties/games and will last about 45 minutes with time for a 15 minute question and answer session at the end. Status will provide a catered meal.
