Fitness Philosophy:
Stay consistent and any goal is attainable. Results don't happen over night. Envision your body as a roast. Your body is the main ingredient, along with some hard work, proper nutrition, positive attitude, and patience. You wouldn't crank a pot roast up to 600 and expect to have a delicious meal in an hour, NO! Instead you would put it on a low steady temperature for a long stent of time and when you are finished, you will have something so great, so magnificent that the time dedicated will be totally worth it.

What I Bring To The Table For Clients:
I bring a hard work ethic to each session but I am very understanding when it comes to clients needs. I'm not there to make anyone throw up but to push you further than you knew you could go with positive encouragement and motivation.
